Fiber(PSF) widely used as polyfill fiber in home textile, filling stuff for pillows, blankets, comforter, toys, carpet, etc. Which are made by polymerisation of Purified Terephthalic Acid (PTA) and Mono Ethylene Glycol (MEG). It is an eco-friendly chemical modified polyester product which is a block copolymerization. The third monomer with strong acidic sulfonic acid sodium groups is introduced into the polyester macro-molecule chain is easily to react with the cationic dye.

Introduction of PSF:
Recyclable polyester short fiber is an environmentally friendly and sustainable textile raw material. It is made from recycled polyester fabric, waste polyester chip, spinning waste, bubble material and slurry block as raw materials. The waste polyester chip is first crushed, cleaned, and then mixed with other materials for drying, melting, extrusion, spinning, winding, and drawing. Finally, it is cut into different lengths to form recycled polyester short fiber.
